Job summary

Harrow is seeking a Business Engagement Manager to drive ophthalmology and retina business in California, Nevada, and Hawaii. You will manage assigned accounts, lead executive-level conversations, and work across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access to optimize portfolio performance.

You will travel up to 50% to cultivate relationships, secure objectives, and support GPO contracts while reporting to the Director of Business Engagement Management.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in strategic Retina and/or Ophthalmology sales with ophthalmic market focus.
• Degree with MBA desirable; years of service may substitute MBA.
• Proven ability to execute targeted business plans around priorities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and educate practices on portfolio GPO contracts and updates.
• Serve as liaison between Harrow and assigned accounts within the region.
• Utilize CRM systems and collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, GPO, Market Access.
• Manage operating expenses for travel and training; monitor portfolio share.
• Engage with executive-level stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
