Job summary

Rovia Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research LPN to coordinate and execute ophthalmology trials in accordance with protocol, ICH/GCP, sponsor requirements, and SOPs. You will partner with site teams to support startup, enrollment, data quality, and overall study success.

The role emphasizes patient safety, source documentation, and collaboration to ensure smooth visit flow. LPN licensure and research exposure are preferred in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Current LPN licensure required.
• Research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct patient visits per study protocol.
• Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs, EKGs, specimen collection and processing, and phlebotomy as applicable.
• Ensure informed consent is properly obtained and documented.
• Educate and guide participants to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Monitor subject safety and report adverse events as appropriate.
• Complete timely source documentation and EDC data entry.
• Maintain investigational product accountability and proper storage/handling.
• Prepare for and support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
