EyeSouth Partners is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator in San Antonio, TX. The CRC will support coordination and administration of ophthalmology clinical trials under guidance from the Research Director and Principal Investigator.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare (ophthalmology preferred), strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Responsibilities include patient coordination, data management, and regulatory compliance within a multi-trial setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, ophthalmology preferred
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail are essential
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and superior verbal and written communication
• Understanding of laboratory procedures and equipment is beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer multiple clinical research trials under supervision
• Identify adverse events and report per protocol guidelines
• Assist in planning and design of study source documents
• Perform trial visits, patient care, and informed consent discussions as required
• Collect, process, and ship biological samples per protocol
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure accurate case report forms
