Qualifications

• Unrestricted licensure in New York or has New York application in process.
• Board Certification or board eligibility in Ophthalmology.
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ophthalmology with fellowship-trained physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including radiology and support staff.
• Access to privileges in ambulatory surgical centers and community hospitals.

Education

Board Certification in Ophthalmology

Unrestricted NY licensure

Active DEA License
