Qualifications

• Unrestricted licensure in New York or in process
• Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology
• Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start

Responsibilities

• Practice ophthalmology with a team of clinical & non-clinical staff including Optometrists
• Provide comprehensive ophthalmology care including cataract surgery, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, AMD and other conditions
• Access to ambulatory surgical centers and community hospitals privile

Education

Unrestricted NY licensure
