Job summary

The Ophthalmic Technician at OHSU Casey Eye Institute in Longview, WA provides ancillary testing and patient screening under physician supervision, including histories, pre-exam testing and charting. Required qualifications include an accredited ophthalmic training program or AA/BS in related field, COA/COT preferred, and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-exam testing and documentation.

• Ensure safety and cleanliness of instruments and exam rooms.
