Stiles Eyecare Excellence in Overland Park, KS seeks an Ophthalmic Technician/Medical Scribe to support ophthalmology exams and patient care. You will assist with preliminary testing, verify insurances, and communicate with patients and clinicians to ensure smooth clinic flow.

The role requires a patient-focused approach, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn. Some overtime and multi-location flexibility may be necessary; full benefits apply.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preference for COA/COT certification but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing.
• Verify medical and vision insurances.
• Effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and managers.
• Answer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person requests.
