EyeCare Partners is seeking an Ophthalmic Scribe to join our Des Peres, MO on-site team. This full-time role supports physicians by accurately documenting visits and managing the EMR, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related experience, and familiarity with medical terminology. We offer full benefits and mileage reimbursement for travel between offices.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Experience with EMR and accurate data entry.
• Strong typing, spelling, grammar, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple health-care team members.

Responsabilités

• Document medical visits and procedures as performed by the physician.
• Manage the EMR system and ensure accurate charges and coding.
• Support clinic flow by anticipating physician needs.
• Travel between offices as needed; mileage reimbursement provided.
