Boston Vision is hiring an Ophthalmic Technician for our Lawrence, MA practice. You will work under the Lead Ophthalmic Technician, performing preliminary workups, eye function testing, and patient record gathering to support physicians.

No prior experience is required as we offer a full in-house training program. The role involves travel between clinics and a manageable schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with a $3,000 retention bonus for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; in-house training program provided.
• Travel between Lawrence and other clinics as needed.
• Strong customer service and professional communication required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary workup and gather medical records.
• Conduct basic eye function tests and diagnostic testing as directed.
• Administer eye medications and assist physician in procedures such as Lasik.
• Maintain optical and surgical instruments and support clinical team.
