Job summary

Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston (OCB) is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician II to support physicians with patient data collection and clinic workflow. The role involves performing visual acuity testing, refraction, tonometry, and diagnostic testing in a busy ophthalmology practice.

Under supervision, you will ensure accurate documentation, maintain sterile environment, and contribute to efficient patient care. Full-time schedule Mon-Fri with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• COA, COT, COMT, OSC, CRA, OCT-C certifications required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as COA, COT, COMT, OSC, CRA or OCT-C.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in gathering patient data and maintaining clinical environment.
• Perform ophthalmic tests including visual acuity, refractometry, tonometry, and various diagnostic procedures.
• Assist with patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
