Austin Retina Associates is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician to join our team, supporting both South Austin and San Marcos locations. This entry point role offers comprehensive training and the chance to contribute to high-quality retina care under physicians and a dedicated team.

You will assist with patient triage, perform vision testing and imaging, prepare exam rooms, and support treatments while maintaining compassionate communication. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• No prior ophthalmic experience required; entry point into the medical field.
• Candidate must be dependable, eager to learn, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during triage and guide them through each visit.
