Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing.
• Verify medical and vision insurances.
• Communicate with patients, doctors, and managers.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person requests.
• Enter data in the patient's EMR and maintain accuracy.

Education
