Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience and/or training.
• Current Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) or Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing.
• Verify medical and vision insurances.
• Effectively communicate with patients and management.
• Record patient information in Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
