• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily clinical operations and ensures efficient clinic flow.
• Coordinates patient care and scheduling within the assigned area.
• Sets department performance standards and oversees staff performance.
• Recruits, hires, and trains staff; assigns workloads.
• Monitors budgeted FTE hours and productivity; justifies overages.
