We are looking for a forward-thinking and ambitious ophthalmic surgeon for high volume practice in Western New York. Opportunities to perform Femto Cataracts , MIGS at ASC with option for ownership. Practice also has high volume LASIK, SMILE , ICL and plastics opportunities.

Fichte, Endl & Elmer Eyecare is seeking a highly motivated, fellowship-trained Glaucoma, Refractive, and Cataract Surgeon to join our dynamic and expanding practice in Western New York. This is a rare opportunity to step into an established, high-volume surgical setting with the potential for partnership or buy-in.
