Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter.

• Practice urgency with patient’s time and doctor’s schedule.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Verify patient information by interviewing patients and recording data in the EMR.
