EyeCare Partners is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician to join our Mansfield, OH team. Training is provided, no prior eye care experience required, and you will support ophthalmologists with patient testing and front-line duties.

You will help verify insurances, communicate with patients and clinicians, and assist during office hours Monday–Friday, with potential shifts outside standard times as needed. Strong desire to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate ophthalmic testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing.
• Verify medical and vision insurances.
• Communicate with patients, doctors, and managers.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
