Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current COA or COT certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly with a professional attitude.
• Anticipate physician needs to facilitate clinic flow.
• Handle inquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Maintain patient information and EMR documentation.
• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing and eye exams.
• Open/close exam rooms and keep them stocked.
