Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Group is seeking an Associate Technician to support the production department in a fast-paced setting. You will adhere to work instructions, calibrate equipment, and help identify quality issues, while mentoring new staff and maintaining a safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and motivates others to follow the work instructions.
• Completes equipment calibration and setup; promptly communicates any maintenance issues to Supervisor.
• Proactively identifies quality, process, and workflow problems; informs Supervisor of issues.
• Participates in the training of Associates; mentors new hires.
• Communicates with Supervisor; attends team meetings and provides input.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area; reports safety/health issues.
• Supports safety requirements and company policies.
