Job summary

Duke Health's Duke Eye Center at Erwin Rd in Durham, NC is seeking an Ophthalmic Photographer to support physicians with imaging procedures including color fundus photography, OCT, and slit lamp photography.

The role trains entry-level photographers in fluorescein/ICG angiography and other modalities as clinic needs, with a day-shift schedule Monday to Friday and no weekends. A high school-equivalent education is required and basic ophthalmic imaging experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Educational background generally equivalent to a high school education.

Responsibilities

• Fundus photography, fluorescein angiography, ICG angiography, slit lamp photography, and OCT.
• Learning new modalities—external photography, OCTA, basic B-scan ultrasonography, basic UBM, ERGs, Microperimetry.
