The position requires a Bachelor's in a related field with two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, plus at least two years in ophthalmic imaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in related field plus 2 years supervisory experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum Two Years Of Dedicated Ophthalmic Imaging Experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop and implement policies in a team-based environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and DNV healthcare regulations; ability to apply them in practice.
• Ability to train others and transfer knowledge effectively.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations of the Ophthalmic Imaging division at Casey Eye Institute.
• Supervise front desk, receptionist and back-office positions; coordinate staffing at multiple clinics.
• Manage budgeting, purchasing, and maintenance of supplies/equipment.
• Collaborate with division heads and faculty physicians to maintain standards and patient experience.
• Assist in department/program planning, recruitment, and program development.
• Teach residents in ophthalmic photography and train staff on new imaging techniques.
• Participate in policy updates, training, and compliance efforts.
