Responsibilities

• Check patients into Imaging Department.
• Verify physician orders in iProc.
• Verify insurance authorizations.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Mail CDs of images to patients.
• Enter referrals to Imaging Department.
• Coordinate patient tracking to hospital/ED.
• Coordinate IV Team support as needed.
• Communicate with teams and Epic Secure Chat.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant image handling.
• Provide high quality customer service to external and internal customers.
