UW Health in Madison, WI seeks an Ophthalmic Assistant (Optometric Tech, COA, CPOT) to perform visual testing and support eye care patients of all ages. The role offers a 100% FTE day shift, Monday–Friday, with no weekend work and opportunities to grow within a renowned eye care team.

Qualifications include completing an ophthalmic/optometric program and COA/COT/CPOT/CPOA certifications within 1.5 years, plus CPR within 90 days.

Formación

• 6 months of customer service experience Required
• 1 year of experience as a Ophthalmic/Optometric Assistant or related role Preferred
• COA/COT/CPOT/CPOA certifications within 1½ years Required
• CPR certification within 90 days Required

Responsabilidades

• Perform visual testing in preventative and specialty eye care.
• Provide a safe and comforting atmosphere for eye care patients of all ages.
