Job summary

Emplify Health is hiring an Ophthalmic Assistant to support our eye care practices in Decorah, IA. This role handles patient care tasks, pre-testing, and diagnostic support for providers, with no prior optical experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months customer service and/or public relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Work 40 hours each week.
• Monday - Fridays, Days.
• No weekends or holidays.
• Location: Decorah, IA.
• Opportunities to assist at all Emplify optometry locations including Viroqua, Onalaska, Tomah, Waukon, Decorah, Prairie du Chien, Black River Falls, Whitehall, Winona, Wabasha, Sparta, Hillsboro, and Friendship.
• Provide a quality optical experience to our patients and guests.
