Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• JCAHPO certification preferred.
• CPR preferred.
• HIPAA knowledge and compliance required.
• Proficient in EMR and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Obtain accurate patient history.
• Perform lensometry and basic diagnostic testing.
• Record patient data and document treatments in the medical record.
• Explain post-operative instructions to patients clearly.
