Responsibilities

• Gather and record patients' chief complaints and ocular history.
• Guide patients through tests and explain procedures to ease anxiety.
• Administer eye drops and medications as prescribed.
• Document key measurements using tools such as Visual Acuity, ARK, Lensometry, Visual Fields, OCT, IOL Master/A-scan.
• Support patient flow and assist other clinic areas as needed.
