Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director of Operational Excellence to build data-driven visualization capabilities that make value stream performance visible from teams to senior leadership. You will partner with scientists, project managers, and business leaders to translate complex flows into actionable intelligence and ensure dashboards reflect validated content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, information systems, life sciences, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years designing process visualizations or end-to-end flow maps in a cross-functional context.
• Experience leading change with OpEx systems, standards, and lean six sigma methodology.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end value streams and translate validated content into clear visualizations.
• Build and maintain interactive process hierarchy tools showing status, duration, and handoffs.
• Develop leadership-ready visualizations for senior audiences without requiring expert facilitation.
• Design AI-enabled solutions to prioritize and standardize BRD value streams from discovery to manufacturing.
