SFE in RTP, NC is seeking a Finance Analyst OpEx to analyze enterprise processes, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and drive efficiency and waste elimination. You will track OpEx KPIs, support budgeting and forecasting, and develop dashboards to visualize cost trends and improvements.

Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Procurement, IT and other teams, you will monitor initiatives, ensure benefits are realized, and maintain comprehensive documentation and governance packs.

• Track and analyze OpEx KPIs, productivity metrics, and financial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing enterprise processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and waste elimination.
• Track and analyze operational expenses, KPIs, productivity, and financial/operational metrics.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis for OpEx.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand challenges and propose improvements.
• Drive continuous-improvement initiatives using Lean, root-cause analysis, standardized work, and KPI management.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into cost and trends for management.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation to reduce manual effort.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, IT and others on OpEx initiatives.
• Monitor improvement initiatives and sustain expected benefits.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, KPI reports, and improvement trackers.
• Support governance and management reviews with data, status updates, risks, and recommendations
