Job summary

Guerbet seeks a Sr. OPEX Leader for its Raleigh site, driving Lean Six Sigma-based operational improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will partner with EHS, QC/QA, and production teams to prioritize and execute high-impact projects, mentor teams, and sustain gains through a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires 10+ years in pharma operations or manufacturing with strong Lean and Six Sigma expertise, plus a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in operations/continuous improvement/manufacturing with pharma leadership exposure.
• Lean Six Sigma and structured problem solving expertise.
• Genuine track record leading cross-functional improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple OPEX improvement projects across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Partner with site functions to prioritize initiatives aligned with strategy.
• Coach teams in process quality and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Drive Lean transformation and ensure sustainment of performance gains.
• Communicate gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities to OPEX leadership.
