Nestlé Health Science is hiring Operators for morning and evening shifts in Florida. You will work with production machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and contribute to reliable line operations on a fast-paced production floor.

This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly. Onboarding is structured over 4–5 days, with a focus on safety, quality, and operational routines.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follows safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Shifts Available:

1st shift - 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday

2nd shift - 3:00-11:30pm, Monday through Friday

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4-5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

AsanOperator,you’llhelpmake the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves.You’llwork with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry-level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key.No matter the task, your work helps make sure every item that leaves the line is somethingwe’reproud of.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate andmonitorproduction equipment

Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery

Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance

Accurately measure and scale ingredients

Complete quality checks and record data

Keep your work area clean

Follows safety rules,SOP'sand cGMP guidelines

Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED preferred

0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work

Able tolift upto 50lbsand stand, bend, and move throughout your shift

SKILLS:

Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)

Comfortable using computers or tablets

Able to read, write, and understand English

Basic math and mechanical understanding

Strong attention to detail

Team-oriented and dependable

Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

Pay: $19.29 per hour

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
