Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembly Operator in Neenah, Wisconsin, to support the production department with packaging, quality control, and machine configuration. The role demands attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

You will read QC documentation, complete production reports, and operate extrusion machinery while setting up new jobs and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to operate machinery, hand tools, and precision measuring devices.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and physical health evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Packaging merchandise in boxes and crates according to quality control plans.

Job description

Our client, a manufacturing leader in the industry, is seeking an Assembly to join their team. As an Assembly, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the packaging, quality control, and machine configuration teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operators

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay: $19.50

Shift: 2:50pm - 11:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Packaging merchandise in boxes and crates according to quality control plans

  • Reading and understanding quality control documentation and accurately completing production reports
