Job Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Physically prepare and ship outbound customer orders within the warehouse. Verify product accuracy and count before finalization.
• Ship finished goods damage-free and receive incoming raw, printed, and packaging materials.
• Prepare and affix proper shipping labels on finished goods as needed.
• Process customer orders using ERP/NAV systems and external software to complete shipments.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for compliance with specifications, verify information, and weigh or measure items.
• Inspect incoming shipments for pests and damage.
• Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to move shipments.
• Assist plant and elevator operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean warehouse following sanitation schedules.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with packing and shipping methods.
• Experience operating forklifts, RF Scan Guns, bin dumpers, and other equipment.
• Ability to learn specialized software (NAV) for shipping and tracking.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.

Position Requirements

• Knowledge of lot numbering is a plus, training provided.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Forklift operation skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Team player and self-motivated.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours, including bending, reaching, and climbing.
