We are currently hiring an experienced Warehouse Operator at our Memphis, TN location, supporting our Torin Drive North America and ZZIPCO brands. Reporting to the Facilities and Warehouse Manager, this role involves coordinating inventory handling, storage, and distribution to meet organizational and customer needs. Success involves maintaining optimal inventory, minimizing errors, maximizing space, and ensuring timely order fulfillment, thereby enhancing productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and Inspection: Receive shipments, verify contents, inspect for damages or discrepancies, report defects or missing items.
2. Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately, prepare shipping documentation.
3. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts, use inventory software.
4. Modifying Products: Use tools to modify or customize equipment, perform production tasks based on blueprints.
5. Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure equipment and warehouse upkeep, keep environment organized and safe.
6. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols, identify improvement areas, assist in establishing procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 12 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely.
• Proficiency with material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Reliable attendance.
