Job summary

Zeus Industrial Products in Chattanooga, TN, seeks a Tie Layer Operator to perform setup, coating, and processing of tubing. You will monitor machines, apply tie layer coating, place tubing in equipment, and inspect outputs for dimensional accuracy.

The role requires reading instructions, following safety rules, and maintaining a clean work area; lifting up to 40 lbs is required. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and adapt to different situations.
• Must be able to read job instruction.
• Repetitive overhead lifting of lightweight tubing.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform inspection functions such as visual inspection to detect cosmetic defects and color differentiation of products.
• Standing, stooping or sitting for sustained periods.
