Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, based in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a warehouse associate to support scanning cartons, managing inventory, and processing orders for external customers. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scan cartons on AS400 to verify all options processed.
• Maintain active inventory and place garments in correct locations.
• Manage workflow from different departments, including HiBay.
• Process all orders for external customers to meet shipping deadlines.
• Monitor neatness of all cartons processed.
• Process stock cases through the platform.
• Help with clean up as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scanning all cartons on AS400 to verify all options have been processed.
• Responsible for maintaining active inventory, preserving the garments, placing garments in the correct locations, and communicating inventory adjustments.
• Manage and separate workflow coming to/from different departments, including HiBay.
• Responsible for processing all orders for external customers through tape line to meet shipping deadlines on time.
• Responsible for monitoring the neatness of all cartons processed.
• Process stock cases through the platform.
• Help with clean up as needed.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear Outfitters and is worthy of sharing with visitors.

Hours

HOURS: 2:30 pm. - 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.
