Job summary

Workwear Outfitters is seeking a distribution facility associate to assist the supervisor in balancing daily workflow and ensuring timely production and shipments. The role supports training of new associates and answering questions to keep operations running smoothly.

Basic computer skills and prior warehouse experience are preferred. The position may involve weekends or extended hours during peak seasons and requires reading, writing, and understanding English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have previous experience in a distribution facility.
• Some basic computer skills/knowledge.
• Some knowledge of Receiving/Returns/Retag/Transfers.

HOURS

1st Shift: Hours will be 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required, when necessary.

This position exists in to assist the supervisor with balancing workflow training associates and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists supervisor with balancing daily workflow to make sure production/shipments needed for the day are complete. Assists supervisor in all aspects of assigned function/area to ensure efficient operations. Prepares work reports as needed. Trains new associates and assists with questions.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have previous experience in a distribution facility
• Some basic computer skills/knowledge
• Some knowledge of Receiving/Returns/Retag/Transfers
