Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).

• Basic math skills.

• Accurately fill a daily packing sheet, ensure packaging and labeling of finish product meets the needs of customer or internal usages per instructions.
• Assist in the pre-weighing of materials, washing of tanks and materials used in daily production
• Provide accurate count and packing sheets for daily production
• Capable of performing or following GMP’s to provide a quality product, enforces safety rules and procedures

An Operator, Production Float is needed in a detail-oriented and efficient team at DSM-Firmenich. As an Operator you will need a strong understanding of quality control and safety protocols to handle our product with the utmost care. An operator will also need to be able to accurately measure and label finished material throughout the process. Being able to work efficiently under pressure enables the company to meet tight deadlines and keep a smooth production flow.

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $28.91 per hour.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
