Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Operator Processing – Nights in Twin Falls, ID to run and adjust all process equipment on the chopped and formed line. You will monitor line flow, address quality issues, and implement line changes as directed by the lead or supervisor.

The role requires safety consciousness, the ability to take samples, operate forklifts, and perform basic data entry. It offers a night shift with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred; higher education may be required.
  • Lock-out/Tag-out, Forklift, and Sanitation certifications are required. Training provided if not qualified.
  • Effective English communication, verbal and written.
  • Experience driving forklift in a warehouse/manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Basic math, data entry, and basic computer operations.

Job Summary

This position operates and adjusts all process equipment on the chopped and formed line to ensure smooth and productive operations. It includes monitoring lineflow and waste, correcting quality or production issues, and making line changes as directed by the production lead or team leader.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain work schedule and daily production paperwork, report to the assigned line, complete walk through, and prepare for operations.
  • Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear, perform a safety check on equipment, and ensure all safety devices are functioning properly.
  • Check schedule, work orders and bulk product inventory, take oil, blancher and finished product samples to lab as required.
  • Monitor the blancher and fryer, perform walk‑throughs, take samples, make adjustments, and check drains and magnets as required.
  • Manually dump and/or scoop ingredients and condiments into hoppers according to recipe, and pump oil from fryer as required.
  • Keep the work area clear and clean; hose down area, sweep/shovel spills, empty trash and replace liners.
  • At end of shift, secure all equipment, complete required paperwork, perform general housekeeping and wet clean‑up as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; education/certification may be required.
  • Lock‑out/Tag‑out, Forklift, and Sanitation certification required. Candidates not yet qualified will be trained.
  • Effective communication in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience driving forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions and basic computer operation, data entry skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Physical Environment & Demands

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently. Work is in a noisy, hot or cold environment with occasional exposure to loud noise, heat, cold, wet, slippery conditions, dirt, fumes, smoke, and allergens. Job requires repetitive arm, wrist, and hand movements and manual dexterity, coordination, and balance. Work may involve operating equipment at ground or high levels, and carrying out sampling of food.

Pay
