Responsibilities

• Review and score operator performance videos using an established evaluation system.

• Collaborate with corporate training resources and operational leadership.
• Support consistency in operator evaluations across manufacturing locations.
• Observe production-floor operations to better understand scoring criteria and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain organization and accuracy while handling repetitive analytical work.
