American Bath Group is seeking an Operator Development Analyst to support operator performance evaluations across our fiberglass/FRP manufacturing operations. You’ll review operator performance videos, apply an established scoring system, document results accurately, and help support consistency in training and production quality across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and score operator performance videos using an established evaluation system.
• Accurately document findings and maintain reporting records.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint to manage workflows and communication.
• Collaborate with corporate training resources and operational leadership.
• Support consistency in operator evaluations across manufacturing locations.
• Observe production-floor operations as needed to understand scoring criteria and processes.
