American Bath Group is seeking an Operator Development Analyst to support operator performance evaluations across our fiberglass/FRP manufacturing operations. You will review videos, apply a scoring process, document results, and help maintain training consistency across facilities.

This onsite, full-time role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with training and operations leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review and score operator performance videos using an established evaluation system.

• Support consistency in operator evaluations across manufacturing locations.
• Observe production-floor operations as needed to understand scoring criteria.
• Maintain organization and accuracy while handling repetitive analytical work.
