Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Schulbildung erforderlich; mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung.
• Starke mechanische, kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
• In der Lage, bis zu 50 Pfund zu heben; Bereitschaft, eine Atemschutzmaske zu tragen.
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Word und Excel; Lotus Notes-Erfahrung hilfreich.

Responsibilities

• Visuelle Prüfung des Produkts während des Betriebs, Anlagenbetrieb beobachten, Reparaturbedarf melden.
• Unterstützung bei Aufbau und Betrieb von Produktionsanlagen.
• Vorbereitung und Reinigung von Fertigungsräumen und Geräten.
• Sicherstellen, dass Produkte ordnungsgemäß gekennzeichnet und gelagert werden.
• Dokumentation von Materialläufen in Chargenprotokollen, Zwischenberichten, Logbüchern und Stundenzetteln.
• Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter in der Fertigungsoperation nach Vorgabe des Supervisors.
• Kalibrierung von Waagen, Linienmessgeräten, Beschichtungsöfen, Mikrometern etc.
• Koordination der Arbeiten anderer Operatoren und Vertretung des Senior Operators.

However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.* Must possess good mechanical, communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills, and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Lotus Notes. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stoop, climb ladders, or stairs, stand or sit for extended periods of time. Ability to wear a respirator. Ability to hear an alarm. Ability to identify small defects. Ability to distinguish between colors.Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
