Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma (High School) required.
• Minimum of two years of experience preferred; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (stoop, climb, stand or sit for extended periods).
• Willingness to wear a respirator and hear alarms clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect products during operation and monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Assist with set up and running of production equipment.
• Prepare and clean manufacturing rooms and equipment for inspection; maintain clean work area.
• Document material runs via Batch Production Records, In-Process Sheets, Logbooks, and Time Sheets.
• Assist in training new personnel in manufacturing operations as directed by supervisor.

However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.Must possess good mechanical, communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills, and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Lotus Notes. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stoop, climb ladders, or stairs, stand or sit for extended periods of time. Ability to wear a respirator. Ability to hear an alarm. Ability to identify small defects. Ability to distinguish between colors.Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
