Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust metal forming equipment using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Operate cutback saws safely and to specification.
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of shop equipment.
• Keep equipment and surrounding areas clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
• Identify mechanical or electrical issues and communicate repair needs.
• Support training efforts for co-workers and promote a team-oriented environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and meet production goals set by the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience operating rollform or similar metal fabrication equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude; troubleshooting and minor repair skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems (including 480V), welding, and hydraulics is a plus.
• Ability to accurately read tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.; constant lifting of up to 25 lbs.
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching.
• Visual and auditory acuity for safe equipment operation.
• Exposure to high noise levels, moving parts, heat/cold, vibrations, and airborne particles.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
