Job summary

Cleveland Steel Container in Peotone, IL is seeking an enthusiastic, responsible individual for our pail manufacturing facility. Starting wage is based on experience with potential increases and an annual company bonus.

Hours are M-F 5:30am-4:00pm with Saturday availability; pay range $20-25/hr. A $1,000 referral bonus and a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, vision, ESOP, paid vacation and holidays are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years mechanical experience preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform quality verification procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance daily, weekly, monthly and maintain housekeeping.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed during setup and operation of equipment.
• Maintain tools for setup, operation and maintenance of pail line equipment.
• Collaborate with plant staff and assist GM and Pail Line Manager as needed.
