Job summary

Genan Inc in the United States is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to move product between the warehouse and yard, prepare orders for bagging, shipping or storage, and assist in loading trucks. You will operate a forklift, unload/load goods, perform quality checks on bags, maintain clean premises, and follow safety policies.

This full-time role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, forklift experience, and a strong teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of forklift experience; certification a plus.
• Safety policy and procedural training provided.
• 30 days of on-the-job training by Lead Operator or experienced Operator.
• Ongoing or annual company training.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move product between warehouse and yard for bagging, shipping or storage.
• Load/unload product following safety standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and conduct quality checks on bags.
• Inform Lead or Yard Manager of material defects.
• Keep premises and equipment clean; enforce safety policies.
• Assist in preparing orders and loading trucks; store inventory.
• Perform general warehouse duties as directed.

SummaryThe Operator works in the Logistics department and efficiently moves product between the warehouse and yard and prepare it for bagging, shipping and/or storage.
