The Impact You'll Make

The primary function of this position is to operate rubber extruder machines to cover hose with rubber. This is a 2nd Shift position, with work hours from 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform rubber extrusion service functions, including pin, die, stock, and mandrel changes, and ensure mandrels and tooling are cleaned, maintained, and returned properly after use
  • Set up and operate extrusion equipment by correctly installing vacuum cones, following extruder specification sheets, and completing all required production documentation.
  • Monitor product quality by checking concentricity and ensuring compliance with established specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while supporting continuous production operations.
  • Assist fellow operators, cross-train in multiple functions, and provide operational flexibility across the department.
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and company guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED is rquired
  • One (1) year of manufacturing experience is preferred
