Your New Role

As an Operator/Laborer, you’ll:

• Operate heavy equipment like excavators, loaders, and skid steers.

• Assist with underground pipework, including grading, shoring, and backfilling.

• Support bridgework by setting forms, placing rebar, and concrete pouring.

• Handle restoration tasks such as grading, seeding, and asphalt placement.

• Maintain tools, trucks, and heavy equipment, ensuring they’re in top shape.

• Follow safety standards and work collaboratively with your team.
