Ten Mile is looking to hire self-motivated and career-driven individuals experienced in, or willing to learn, Asphalt Paving immedietly. Indvidual must be willing to both labor and learn to operate asphalt paving equipment, if not already familiar with equipment operation and techniques. Starting rate at $30 and up when laying "hot mix" asphalt. - Year-round work opportunities in other divisions of the company available during winter months. -

Environment
This position will require working outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold with rain to very hot and humid. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high, with occasional periods of time exposed to machine noise.
