Position Responsibilities May Include

• Adhere to company safety rules and regulations.
• Mechanical aptitude to set up and troubleshoot machinery.
• Set up and change over equipment as required.
• Identify raw materials by part number to set up equipment per schedule.
• Check adhesive application at the beginning of the shift to ensure it meets specifications.
• Stamp date codes on each piece as required.
• Complete First Article inspections for each production run.
• Maintain quality documentation for daily reports.
• Perform daily housekeeping of equipment and work area.
• Support ongoing business needs with additional projects/duties.

Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to read and write English.
• Effective communication with supervisors and crew chiefs.

Experience & Education

• Prior machine operator experience preferred but not mandatory.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without accommodations.
• Manufacturing environment with forklift traffic.
• PPE required: steel-toed safety shoes, safety glasses with side shields, gloves.
• Standing (up to 90%), walking (up to 10%), stooping, bending, reaching, twisting.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing up to 40 lbs.
• Hand-eye coordination, handling tools, repetitive motions.

Reports To: Manufacturing Manager, Supervisor, or Lead.
